Christmas Decorating Team - North Overland Park

This December, come fellowship with friends, sip hot cocoa, munch on yummy snacks and enjoy the music of the season as we deck the halls of Grace Church! Help transform our spaces (including the lobby, stage, and Grace Kids hallway) into a warmly glowing, beautifully moody, star-lit Christmas night. When you join the Christmas décor team, you contribute to the wonderful process of cultivating and preparing the environment in which people will learn about, worship, and celebrate the gift of our Savior this Christmas. 

Teardown Team:

Sunday, January 5, 2025 6:00-8:30 pm

To help ensure a simple, headache-free teardown process, the storage space will be prepared in advance, and pre-labeled bins for decorations will be provided. We anticipate teardown can be wrapped up in about 90 minutes.

This January, we need your help taking down and packing away our Christmas decorations as we prioritize being good stewards of all of our supplies. The start of the new year is a wonderful time of refreshment and intention-setting: join us as we prepare the environment at Grace for the people God will bring through our doors in 2025, so that when they enter, they sense the deep care and intentionality we've sown into the space.
